PPHTD to File Appeal on Bridge Ruling

Commissioners for the Plaquemines Port Harbor & Terminal District (PPHTD) will continue their crusade against the Belle Chasse Toll Bridge despite the fact that their lawsuit against Louisiana Department of Transportation & Development (LADOTD) and Plenary Infrastructure, the company contracted by the state to build the bridge, was recently dismissed with prejudice by a judge in Baton Rouge.
