Danny O'Brien, Kindergartner at Belle Chasse Academy on the Naval Air Station, removed his dad's star from the Hall of Hero's in April. CDR Sean O'Brien was deployed as Commanding Officer, Navy Provisional Detainee Battalion, Camp Taji, Iraq. The star was hung in September, 2009 when CDR O'Brien began his deployment/training cycle and taken down in April when he returned. Danny was part of the BCA Admiral's Club that provides support to students with a deployed parent.
