The Republican Women of Louisiana, RWL, recently held their March meeting at the Lakewood Golf Club in New Orleans.  The guest speaker was Mr. Roger F. Villere, Jr.. who serves as Chairman of the Louisiana Republican Party.  Mr. Villere explained the process of electing delegates to the Republican National Convention and the dates of the caucuses.  March was designated “membership” month for the RWL and guests traveled from as far as New Iberia to attend.  The RWL announced  its support of  the “Kids Kove Discovery Park”, after hearing a presentation by Ms. Happy Olinde, Media Chairman.  After enjoying a delicious buffet, raffle winners were announced.  For membership information all interested Republican women in the area should call President Heidi Landry for details at 504.874.6141.
