Donte Williams has been recognized by the State Allstar Basketball league for his achievements in Basketball. He is the fourth student in Phoenix High School’s more than 40 year history to make the Allstar team. His coach is Ulysses Griffin and Reverend Jiles. Congratulations Donte!
