National Society of Collegiate Scholars welcomes Messina and Mudge as new members
Sep 22nd, 2011 | By Brandi Rollo | Category: school newsStephanie Messina of Gretna and Rachel Mudge of Belle Chasse have accepted membership in the National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS). They were honored during an Induction Convocation Monday, September 19, on the campus of Tulane University.
NSCS membership is by invitation only, based on grade point average and class standing.
Stephanie and Rachel are 2010 graduates of Mt. Carmel Academy and were co-salutatorians. They are in their second year at Tulane University. Stephanie is pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering and Rachel is majoring in Cell & Molecular Biology with an intent to enter Medical School.
Stephanie is the daughter of David and Cherie Messina, and Rachel is the daughter of J.P. and Susan Mudge.
