Annie Lou Mulmore-Harris passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, February 25, 2014, at the age of 92. Annie was born in Maringouin, LA; a native of Plaquemine, LA; and resident of New Orleans, LA. Daughter of the late Willie Mulmore Sr. and Louise Carter-Mulmore- Henderson. Wife of the late Lee Edward Harris Sr. Loving mother of Barbara Jefferson, Cora Carter, Ida Mulmore-Baudy, Eula Brown Lynch, Lee Edward Harris Jr. (Sharon), Terry R Harris Sr. (Vanessa), Trudy Jordan, Mercedes Harris and the late Arnold Harris. Adopted mother of Katherine Bass (Henry). Sister of the late Willie Sr., Author and Carter Mulmore. Godmother of Walter James, Loretta Nelson, Patricia Bennett and Bernell Richardson. Sister-in-law of Queen Ella Andrews, of Minneapolis, MN. She treasured her grandchildren (23), great-grandchildren (48) and great-great-grandchildren (11); Also survived by host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Pilgrim Progress Missionary Baptist Church, Fifth African Baptist Church, The City of Love Church, St Peter Claver Catholic Church, Pillar of Purpose Ministry Church of God and Christ and neighboring churches; Employees of J.M. Smuckers, Jobbers Oil Transport Co Inc, and Stranco, Inc attended the Funeral Service at Fifth African Baptist Church, on Saturday, March 8, 2014. Visitation followed. Rev.
