Questions Need To Be Answered ere are many unanswered questions regarding the state’s multi-billion dollar fresh-water diversion project at Myrtle Grove being built by the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority (CPRA) and the parish government has o_cially decided to attempt to stop the project until questions can be answered. I believe this is a good move to try and come to a resolution before signi_cant work begins.
