Opposition of RAM Coal Terminal heats up

Devin Martin, of the Sierra Club feels the RAM coal rail terminal proposed for Plaquemines Parish will cause “nothing but trouble” across several parishes, citing potential traffic delays in Gretna and Belle Chasse, as well as the environmental effects of coal shipments.
