Belle Chasse Academy third grader Jaimyn Johnson received an early Christmas present at school on the last day before the holiday break. Her mother, Captain Anissa Johnson of the 199th Brigade Support Battalion, 256th Infantry Brigade Combat Team returned home and surprised her daughter at school. They are shown here taking down her star in the school’s lobby which signifies her return home from deployment in Iraq. Jaimyn is in Ms. Aimee Gaudet’s class.
