I never thought FEMA’s shortcomings could ever be outdone, but BP has surpassed both FEMA, and in that case, the Exxon Valdez spill, in damage to the affected community both on and off land.
“We are being renovated ourselves by this building.”
If a building catches fire and is burning out of control, does the fire department contact the owner before it puts the fire out? Or does it take action to protect surrounding properties?
